Garlic is considered a Yang food. For Yang body type, eating fried garlic will increase the "fire" in your body. This can caused sore throat or fever if water (Yin) is not consume to neutralize the situation. Eating garlic in syrup or liquid form will lower the Yang of garlic. Garlic has the properties of promoting blood regulation. It is with this understanding that rubbing garlic onto the roots of our hair can actually stimulate hair growth.

Recipe For Baldness

Method:
1. Skin off a clove of garlic.
2. Cut the clove into half.
3. Rub the cut half on the scalp until you feel the soreness. (less than a minute)
4. Continue to rub evenly on the area of baldness.
5. Wash your hair as usual using your shampoo.
6. Continue using it each time you want to shampoo your hair.

It has been proven that the repeated use of garlic on scalp will show result within a month.

Another method is to soak several bulbs in proof spirit (about 50% alcohol) until the bulbs soften. Use the lotion to apply on the scalp to simulate hair growth.

Recipe For Health

There are many branding of garlic capsules, garlic pill and garlic lotion which were manufactured and commercialized and sold over the counters. Of course natural garlic would be the best - free from preservative, additives or the like. It is advisable to consume a small clove each day to increase our immunity against all the diseases mentioned above.
